Overview
Head of Department - Curriculum (Instrumental Music) – Pimpama State School, South East Region Music. The role supports curriculum implementation, drives high-level learning outcomes, and fosters quality pedagogy within the Instrumental Music (IM) program. The South East Region Music team focuses on building teacher capacity, modelling best practices, developing rapport with regional teachers, and creating a positive team culture. The role is based at the South East Regional Music Hub at Pimpama State School and requires frequent travel across the region, with a teaching component as part of the regional Instrumental Music team.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualified for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
* Experience delivering the Queensland Instrumental Music Curriculum is highly desirable, or demonstrate a strong growth mindset to acquire the relevant knowledge.
* Based at the South East Regional Music Hub at Pimpama State School with frequent travel across the region.
* Includes a teaching component as part of the regional Instrumental Music team.
