To support our consistent growth, we're looking for a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our successful team in the beautiful Noosa region. Our resorts are located at Noosa Heads, Noosaville and in between.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee our on-site team at a premier Noosa resort. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a seasoned housekeeping professional ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be the bridge between our central office, the resort's front desk, and our dedicated team of Room Attendants. While you will still be involved in day-to-day cleaning tasks, your primary focus will be on leadership, quality control, training, and ensuring the seamless operation of the housekeeping team of between 2-5 team members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Provide daily guidance, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching to a team of Room Attendants to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular room inspections to ensure all cleaning and presentation meets Moxy's meticulous 5-star standards and deadlines are met.
* Communication Hub: Serve as the main on-site point of contact for the Moxy office and the resort's reception team, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
* Operational Coordination: Manage the daily setup for the team and ensure all staff are equipped for a successful day.
* Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stock control of cleaning supplies and ensure that tools are in the best shape to deliver premier results.
* Lead by Example: Assist with cleaning duties where necessary to support the team during peak periods.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

* Proven experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel or resort environment.
* Previous experience in a supervisory, 2IC (second-in-charge), or team leader position is highly desirable but not essential.
* A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Full Australian working rights.
