Overview
Are you a Cloud Architect with GenAI experience? Do you have real-time Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Big Data, Modern Data Strategy, Data Lake and Data Engineering experience? Do you like to solve the most complex and high scale (billions+ records) data challenges and lead teams through high impact projects that use the latest data analytics technologies? This role focuses on collaborating with customers and partners to derive business value from the latest Data Analytics and GenAI services, delivering proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops and supporting complex engagements.
Key job responsibilities
Expertise: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Elastic MapReduce (EMR), Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock.
Solutions: Deliver technical engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals and packaged data analytics service offerings.
Delivery: Engage in projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions, often spanning private and public cloud deployments. engagements may include migration and modernization of existing data applications and development of new data applications using AWS cloud services.
Insights: Work with AWS engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs, provide feedback to technology roadmaps, and share real-world implementation challenges with recommendations to simplify adoption and drive value.
Push the envelope: Explore bold possibilities with clients to satisfy business needs through Data Analytics and GenAI services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of IT implementation experience
Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing technologies
Experience implementing AWS and/or third-party Data Analytics services (e.g., Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Lake Formation; dbt, Spark and Python)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience leading large-scale global data analytics projects aligned with business use cases
Experience in Data Quality management: processes to measure and manage data quality, enforce data controls, and provide data assurance
Implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing, enterprise environments
Customer-facing skills to represent AWS in the customer environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
