Junior Business Performance Manager (Perth Based)

ROLE
* Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
* Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
* Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
* Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
* Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent
REMUNERATION
* Casual position
* $30 - $34 per hour + Super
Requirements
* Someone who lives in Perth with a passion for business coaching
* Someone who has a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Perth
