The Brand and Marketing branch creates engaging end-to-end campaigns and strategies to drive behaviour change, improve safety, save lives on our roads and waterways, encourage public transport use, connect communities, and deliver the transport solutions of the future. **The Opportunity**
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Marketing Coordinator to assist the Brand & Marketing team in leading the development and implementation of end to end marketing and communication campaigns and individual programs of work.
If successful, you will support the team that develops integrated marketing plans which provide operational developments and launch of new projects. With a strong client focus servicing both internal Transport clients and external clients, you will be managing community advertising placement requests, liaising with our Media Agency and also managing our Banners on Bridges program for our not-for-profit external clients.

**What you will be involved in**:
- Your role will contribute towards marketing efforts geared to ensuring audience identification, messaging, channel plans, brand alignment and evaluation metrics being clearly defined.
- Establish tracking systems to assist managers to track progress of campaigns and activities.
- Draft reports for approval based on data collection and analysis to inform decision making.
- Other responsibilities will include handling purchasing orders, invoicing tasks, records management, recording accurate meeting minutes, and liaising with contractors and consultants where required.
**About You**
- You are a marketing professional with experience in supporting activities within end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns.
- Your demonstrated experience encompasses supporting research and preparation of marketing materials, and you are competent in assisting the development of these campaign materials to display a high standard of written and visual communications.
- You can also demonstrate the ability to measure campaigns and analyse their performance and effectiveness to determine their value.
- You are confident in building and managing stakeholder relationships, whereby you proactively collaborate information on marketing strategies, trends, issues and developments with your internal and external stakeholders to a high standard.

**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this position is Transport Service **Grade 5 ($85,103 - $93,616) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.**
