Matrix Security Integration, specialising in Electronic Security and Locksmithing is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to undertake a Senior Administration role.
Required attributes:
Previous experience in a senior administration role
Previous HR experience preferred
Previous job invoicing experience preferred
A fast learner that can gain knowledge of the Electronic Security & Locksmithing industry in order to provide professional advice to clients
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional and pleasant phone manner
Conducts themselves with thoroughness in all aspects of the job
Shows initiative and a keen willingness to learn
Trustworthy and reliable
Well presented
About the role:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide professional customer service in assisting client enquiries
Answer and make phone calls
Responding to emails
Job invoicing
Accounts receivable
The role is full time, 5days per week.
Our business hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
