About the Role:
We're looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our growing team in the window furnishing industry. This is a full time role with hands-on training provided.
You will be involved in the processing and welding of fabrics for the production of high-quality awnings and blinds. Working directly with management, you'll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering top workmanship and service.
Key Duties:
Fabric handling, cutting, and welding. Operating machinery used in blind/awning production. Working with fabric and components to complete orders. Ensuring quality control and attention to detail. Supporting team targets and workflow priorities. Medium lifting involved (fabric rolls, hardware)
What We're Looking For:
Must have full work rights in Australia.
No experience necessary - full training provided. A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Previous experience with machinery or sewing is a bonus. Valuable communication skills and a team-first mindset. Physically fit and capable of medium lifting
We Offer:
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
