The Client
Our client is a prestigious global real estate investment and asset management firm, and is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Analyst/Junior Asset Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned firm in the real estate industry and develop your skills in investment analysis and asset management.
The Role
You will be supporting the Senior Analyst.
* Assist with financial, property and corporate analysis
* Accounting reporting
* Assisting with any banking and related reporting
* Investments, compliance, capital markets
* Attend site inspections with the directors
The Candidate
* Degree in accounting, finance or property is imperative
* Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret financial data
* Proficiency in financial modelling
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
