Job Overview


The Business Services unit requires a highly skilled Administrative Professional to provide efficient management of business and administrative services.


This role focuses on providing timely and effective fleet management, financial administration, business operations, and governance support for the branch.


Key responsibilities include:



* Conducting regular internal audits to improve financial performance;

* Maintaining accurate data and fleet records;

* Processing corporate accounts according to Treasurer's Instruction 11 and late payment interest legislation;

* Providing general administrative support, assisting with preparation of correspondence and reports;

* Ensuring compliance with legislated requirements;

* Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
