GT Motive is the technology division of the Solvd Group & Allianz Partners, delivering innovative estimating, claims and workflow solutions used by insurers and repairers in more than 25 countries. Our mission is to provide open, data‐driven tools that increase accuracy, streamline operational workflows and improve the overall claims and repair experience.

About the Role

The Product Training and Implementation Manager is responsible for driving successful product adoption, integration and ongoing optimisation of GT Motive solutions across Australian insurers and strategic partners, including BMS providers. This role acts as the primary product interface for the Australian market, translating local requirements into structured input for the global Product and Data teams in Spain, while ensuring customers are fully trained, enabled and supported to maximise value.

Key responsibilities

Product Enablement & Training

* Design and deliver structured product training programs for insurer users
* Localise onboarding materials, user guides and training documentation
* Facilitate virtual and in‐person workshops for rollouts and enhancements
* Identify adoption gaps and deploy targeted training interventions
* Act as a subject matter expert for insurers and partners

Client Integration & Technical Coordination

* Gather business and technical requirements from customers
* Translate requirements into structured briefs for global Product and IT teams
* Coordinate testing, validation and go‐live activities
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and integration programs

Market Product Advocacy (Australia)

* Represent Australian market needs within global product discussions
* Identify market‐specific opportunities and product gaps
* Provide structured input into global roadmap prioritisation
* Contribute evidence‐based business cases for AU requirements
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends

Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement

* Act as escalation point for complex or recurring product queries
* Analyse feedback and propose structural improvements
* Monitor product performance and user adoption
* Support communication of product updates and releases
* Ensure alignment between product capability and insurer workflows

What you'll bring

Essential

* Experience in automotive, insurance or claims ecosystems
* Background in product delivery, system integration or client implementation
* Strong analytical and structured thinking capability
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
* Demonstrated experience delivering structured training programs

Desirable

* Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation
* Familiarity with product lifecycle processes
* Experience contributing to product roadmaps or requirement definition
