About the Role
The Support Services Specialist will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the NDIS and access the services and supports that best meet their needs. In this position, you will work closely with clients to identify their goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Conduct home visits and assessments to understand client needs and preferences
* Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles and service agreements
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
* Stay up-to-date with NDIS policy and procedure changes to provide expert guidance to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Extensive experience working with the NDIS and understanding of its principles and practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and external stakeholders
* High-level administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
