Job Status: Part time, Full time, Up to 1.0 FTE
Salary: $75021 - $80328 (Pro-Rata + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging)
We are seeking a motivated Healthy Lifestyle Coordinator who will demonstrate a passion and experience in working with consumers to empower healthy lifestyle choices, with experience in undertaking assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. The position plays a key role in the delivery of lifestyle support and coaching to people in FocusOne Health's catchment, including evidence-based SNAP interventions (Smoking, Nutrition, Alcohol, Physical Activity). The role also includes collecting patient reported data and health data and contributing to program reporting.
Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in Nutrition, Sports Science/Human Movement, or Public Health are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health's Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
