We are currently looking for a Gardener / Ad-Hoc Team Member to support our growing team, based out of our yard in Landsdale, WA. This role suits someone flexible, reliable, and happy to assist across a variety of sites and tasks as required.
The Role:
This position involves general gardening and grounds maintenance duties across commercial sites such as parks, streetscapes, and open spaces. Hours and duties may vary depending on workload, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
* General gardening and grounds maintenance
* Assisting with planting, mulching, and basic landscaping tasks
* Operation of hand tools and gardening equipment
* Supporting team members on larger maintenance or landscaping jobs
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Requirements:
* Previous gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Current manual driver's licence (essential)
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
