Construction Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the execution of construction activities, manage field workforces, and coordinate with clients. This role involves supervising and coordinating various aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise construction activities, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently
* Manage field workforces, allocating tasks and resources effectively
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
* Develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and expenditure control strategies
This position is based in North Queensland and requires a 2:1 roster. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project execution.
Requirements:
* A recognized degree in engineering or scientific discipline
* Specialized courses in construction management, such as project planning, scheduling, and risk management
* Prior experience in project execution, including construction supervision, project coordination, and team management
