Adbri is a construction materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company seeking a skilled Specialist to lead compliance activities and statutory audit functions within the Group Technology team.
Operational Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SOX compliance activities and statutory audit coordination across Group Technology.
* Provide independent, practical advice on internal controls and risk management.
* Conduct regular control reviews and assess the impact of new initiatives on the control environment.
* Document, maintain, and continuously improve technology controls and related processes.
* Support departmental operations through effective administration and training on control programs.
What you will need to succeed
* A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, with 3+ years' experience in IT controls or technology audit.
* Hands-on experience in service desk, application development, infrastructure, and ERP systems like SAP.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Familiarity with SOX requirements and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation is a plus.
