About the Role
An exciting opportunity to be part of a well established HR team in a large Australian Business. As a HR Advisor you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. Reporting & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide HR support across a few functions of the business.
* Partner and manage key stakeholder expectations
* Broad HR Generalist skill set required including onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, contract generation, compliance audits, HR inbox
* Employment relations and legislation
* Manage workload across different business units
* HR Projects
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: 2 years
* Skills: Bachelors Degree, HR Generalist, HR Projects, HR Coordination
* Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Additional Requirements
To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience working across both white and blue collar client groups will be highly regarded as will the ability to build trust, strong value based relationships with key stakeholders. Prior experience in the use of Success Factors and Microsoft is essential.
