The Role

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager with a strong background in fintech and payments to drive our demand generation, content marketing, and go-to-market strategies. You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to position our payment solutions, generate high-quality leads, and build brand authority in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among enterprises, merchants, and financial institutions.

- The objective is to increase the number of leads into the funnel; and

- Ensuring leads are more educated once in the funnel so the sales conversion increases – so salespeople can spend the least amount of time on each deal and therefore close more.

* Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars that position Mint Payments as an industry leader in payments.

- Producing webinars, thought leadership pieces, written and video case studies of customers.

- Build brand awareness of Mint in the travel industry: Essentially, ensure that we are everywhere and everything we are doing is value add to our prospects and customers.

* Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with Travel trade partners, Travel network partners, Industry associations, ISVs, SaaS providers to drive co-marketing initiatives.
* Sales Enablement Support: Providing sales teams with localised materials and training on marketing campaigns and product messaging.
* Product Marketing: Develop value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support go-to-market initiatives for our payment solutions.
* Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with sales to implement targeted ABM strategies for key enterprise accounts.
* Event & Conference Strategy: Plan and manage participation in industry events focused on primarily travel, partner conferences and fintech summits to expand reach and generate leads.
* Performance & Analytics: Track and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximise ROI.

What We're Looking For:

* 3-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS .
* Proven expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and ABM strategies .
* Strong knowledge of the travel and / or payments ecosystem, including PSPs, acquiring banks, and enterprise payment solutions.
* Marketing "all-rounder" and a self-starter who is comfortable executing these initiatives themselves
* Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferably) and CRM systems .
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex payment concepts into compelling marketing materials.
* Data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising based on insights.
* Experience managing co-marketing initiatives and partnerships within the fintech/payments space is a plus.
