Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3PL Transport Expertise: Strong background in end-to-end transport operations, fleet utilisation, and service delivery.
* Leadership: Confident people leader who builds capability, drives accountability, and fosters a high-performance culture.
* Customer Engagement: Approachable and responsive, able to build trusted relationships and ensure customers remain front and centre.
* Resilience & Agility: Calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
* Growth Mindset: Continuously seeking better ways of working, embracing technology and innovation to improve efficiency.
* Safety Leadership: Strong understanding of CoR, fatigue management, load restraint, and mass management; champions a safety-first culture.
* Experience with Transport Systems: Familiar with SAP and TMS to support planning, tracking, and performance reporting.
