The Position
We are seeking a Full Time Personal Care Assistant to join the team at Glenella Aged Care Home in Queensland. This role supports residents with daily living needs and contributes to a warm, safe and person centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high quality personal care and support
* Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene and mobility
* Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
* Encourage independence and meaningful engagement
* Communicate respectfully with residents, families and colleagues
What You Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* National Police Check
* Genuine passion for supporting older people
