Key Responsibilities
* BUILD MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH YOUTH THROUGH MENTORSHIP AND GUIDANCE.
* DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT ENGAGING PROGRAMS FOSTERING PERSONAL GROWTH.
* PROVIDE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND A LISTENING EAR TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE NAVIGATE CHALLENGES.
* COLLaborate to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
* SUPPORT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DUAL DIAGNOSIS, INCLUDING TRAUMA-BASED BEHAVIOR, TO FEEL SAFE AND BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS.

About You
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent, or working towards it.
* Current or willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
* Passionate about human rights and positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, understanding diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate.
* Availability for 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and sleepovers.
