Key AccountabilitiesPolicy
- Support the ICT Director in the development of annual ICT procurement planning, through considered collation of organisational procurement plans and organisational priorities. Assume responsibility for the ICT Policy Framework, updating to reflect current technology priorities.Vendor and Contractor Management
- Provide input into the evaluation and engagement of technology vendors and contractors. Assume responsibility for managing external parties' timesheets and invoices, reconciling with agreed contracts.Procurement
- Lead procurement activities associated with technology procurement, including contractors, software and hardware. Mature and streamline technology procurement processes to align to future ICT operation model.ICT Operations
- Responsible for the ICT Intranet presence, uplifting the design and content to reflect the continual changes and improvements in ICT services. Manage organisational purchasing requirements for workplace hardware and software, maintaining an asset register, and regularly auditing the use of RSHQ technology. Take ownership and management of the ICT team internal SharePoint presence to support effective team knowledge and collaboration.Demand and Service Management
- Support the delivery of ICT Demand and Service Management capabilities as required.Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and other stakeholders to be able to influence change. Build strong relationship with third party vendors to support the resolution of issues. Support vendor escalation as required, where service levels are not met, to facilitate outcomes for end users and improve vendor delivery capability.
