About You
Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining detailed technical drawings to support new store openings, refurbishments and ongoing layout optimisation across our retail network.
A day in the life
As An DRAFTSPERSON, Your Daily Tasks May Include
Producing CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D models for new stores, relocations and refurbishments
Updating and maintaining store-specific documentation, including fixture plans, VM layouts and services drawings
Liaising with internal teams to ensure drawings reflect brand standards and operational requirements
Collaborating with external contractors, engineers and shopfitters to confirm specifications and resolve design or layout queries
Conducting site measure-ups and documenting existing conditions
Preparing drawing packs for permits, approvals and construction
Supporting the broader Store Development team with project timelines, documentation control and administrative tasks
An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit) or similar drafting software
High attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into accurate technical documentation
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a drafting, architectural, shopfitting or retail design environment (highly desirable)
Tertiary qualifications in Building Design, Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or similar — although not a deal-breaker.
