We're on the lookout for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Cardiff, NSW. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination across sales and customer service operations.
About the Role:
As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales function. From processing orders and managing CRM data to liaising with internal teams and providing exceptional customer support — you'll be an essential part of the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries with speed and accuracy
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
* Support sales reps with admin tasks, including reporting and scheduling
* Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to track orders
* Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support as needed
* Manage general administrative tasks to keep the sales function running smoothly
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or sales support role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers
* Solid computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office and CRMs (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your role
