Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
* Experience in designing across multiple platforms, including mobile apps, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mock-ups and prototypes.
* Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience leading design projects along with the ability to collaborate for product design strategy and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Figma and other related design tools.
* Experience with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities:
* Drive UX design across Acquire projects and future opportunities and able to manage multiple, fluid projects simultaneously.
* Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low and high-fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specifications, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Contribute to UX direction and strategy, generating buy-in and operationalizing the strategy across teams and timelines.
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
* Partner with User Experience Researcher (UXR) on research hypothesis and participate in user research and drive UX design.
