About The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective care by:
* Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless coordination of care
* Working within your scope of practice, including monitoring and recording vital signs
* Assisting patients with activities of daily living
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
* Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
* Contributing to a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Previous hospital experience (highly regarded)
