Overview
We are seeking a proficient Senior Clinical Coder to join our team.
The role offers extensive flexibility with 2 days a week chosen to fit your schedule.
Work from home options are available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
You will be at the heart of clinical coding – ensuring precision, accuracy, and timely processing of all documentation while maintaining confidentiality and hitting key performance targets.
You will process clinical coding documentation, maintain data integrity, and support patient care and hospital operations.
Your Skills and Experience
Essential: Completed an Australian coding qualification with proven extensive coding experience
Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to accuracy, detail and data integrity
Understands and applies confidentiality, privacy, and security principles
A thorough understanding and demonstrated competence in clinical classification using ICD-10-AM & ACHI with strong understanding of the Australian Coding Standards
