We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Warringah. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.
What you'll be doing
* Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
* Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards
* Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
* Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements
* Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‐presented concession environment
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
* Confident, hands‐on leader who leads by example
* Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment
* Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group
