This role is responsible for ensuring enterprise partners can onboard efficiently, escalate concerns easily, and deploy our solution successfully.
* This position sets the standard for how we work with partners, interprets their needs, and prioritizes workflows dedicated to partner development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize eero efforts on work that will have the biggest positive impact for partners.
* Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives.
* Anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points.
* Identify and execute revenue maximizing opportunities for both partners and eero.
Essential Skills:
* Partner Development: Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives.
* Program Management: Own all facets of the partner success process for large strategic accounts.
* Workflow Prioritization: Steer eero efforts towards impactful partner-related work.
* Strategic Guidance: Provide advice to eero's partners.
* Quantitative Analysis: Utilize reporting and analytics to identify opportunities and ensure partner objectives are met.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or equivalent in business administration/management or related field and 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
* Tenured client facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about technology.
