The data center technicians are responsible for daily monitoring of the deployment schedule. The team lead assigns deployments to individual techs, who then take on the responsibility of reporting on and completing the deployments according to instructions.
Every day, there is a scheduled stand-up meeting with the team. We expect that each team member makes themselves available to attend this meeting on a daily basis. The primary expectation is that technicians provide daily updates on the tasks assigned to them.
Each technician is responsible for managing their own assets in the SharePoint asset tracker.
