We are now looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Lead to join the team. If you're a creative and organised individual with a passion for executing compelling marketing campaigns, this is your opportunity to play a key role in a growing brand.
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and managing a variety of marketing initiatives that engage their audience, enhance online presence, and drive business growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll lead digital content creation, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and meet the company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of engaging digital content across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Oversee content production, including writing copy, designing visuals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, managing content cycles and posts and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, and performance tracking.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring all information is up to date and aligned with marketing initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events or promotions.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing materials and initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
Candidate Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital content and execution.
Solid experience in managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email platforms).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Creative thinker with a passion for producing high-quality, engaging content.
Experience in A&D Sector is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
