What You Need
- Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
What You'll Bring

- Understanding of maintaining a clean and safe workspace and following best practices for food handling
- A curious mindset for professional and self‑development
- Care and genuine interest in supporting and leading the Bakery team

- Passion for the craft, with a drive to create delicious, high‑quality baked goods that our customers will love
- Formal qualifications (Trade Certificate) to back up your skills and dedication
- Comfortable in a quick‑paced environment and able to handle the demands of a busy bakery
