We're seeking a motivated Design & Development Engineer to take ownership of the design and development process for electrical systems and solutions. What will you be doing?
 * Leading and managing the electrical design and development process
 * Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using AutoCAD/Autodesk
 * Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications
 * Liaising with clients and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements
 * Supporting procurement, production, and delivery teams with accurate designs
 * Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the business
 * Undertaking occasional interstate travel (4–5 times per year)
What do you need?
 * Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
 * Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer
 * Proficiency with AutoCAD/Autodesk
 * Background in power, utilities, or electrical infrastructure
 * Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
 * Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
 * Problem-solving ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
 * Ability to follow processes and procedures effectively
