Job summary:

Oversee all café and function operations from open to close, including staffing, scheduling and day-to-day management.
Ensure food and beverage quality standards are met at all times, including our in-house patisserie and organic coffee offerings.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction—handling feedback, ensuring consistency in service.
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, ordering fresh/seasonal produce, and controlling costs.
Lead, train and motivate staff to maintain Sage’s culture: quality, consistency, attention to detail.
Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards (food safety, cleanliness) are complied with.
Work with senior management to plan promotions, menus, or special events, especially for functions.
