The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the Home Depot and Costco businesses for the Gladiator brand. This role requires an innovative, visionary leader who can drive business growth and develop strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce sales, with a track record of successful account management for national customers. Key responsibilities include owning the creation and execution of the Gladiator sales strategy within responsible accounts/channels, managing delivering key strategic initiatives across trade customer functions, corporate and stores, and expanding product listings and points of distribution within the current customer base in stores and online. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an account, both internally and externally.
