Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.
* Drive commercial performance by analyzing regional outcomes and making data-driven decisions.
* Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
* Collaborate closely with country leaders, sales teams, medical education experts, and key opinion leaders to drive adoption and growth.
* Lead a team responsible for managing product lifecycles, including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions.
* Monitor budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results.
