Field Sales Engineer – Process Heat Exchangers

About the Role
As a Field Sales Engineer in our Process Heat Exchangers team, you'll partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries – from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies.
What You'll Do
* Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify recent opportunities.
* Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints.
* Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company requirements.
* Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
* Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
* 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and business development skills.
* Knowledge in separation technologies will be an added advantage.
