Your new role
Prepare and send invoices, keep records up to date, and set up new projects in MYOBUpload invoices and make sure purchase orders are correctPrepare ABA files for payments and send remittance adviceWeekly bank and credit card reconciliationsProcess staff expenses and vehicle mileage claimsPrepare payroll fortnightly, including reports and payslipsHandle BAS, IAS, and superannuation contributionsProvide regular aged receivables/payables and P&L reports to the Director
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a bookkeeping role, ideally within a Legal or Accounting firm would be an advantage but not essential System knowledge of MYOB and Xero is idealUnderstanding of BAS processes is essential
