About This Role:

Team Overview:
You will be an integral part of a dynamic team based at one of our Fulfillment Centres, working closely with other Area Managers, support staff, and mentors. This collaborative environment offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates
* Maintain high Health and Safety standards within your area of responsibility while promoting a positive safety culture
* Establish performance goals and objectives aligned with customer expectations and ensure accuracy and quality
* Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to drive business objectives
* Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
* Review work forecasts and determine production requirements to meet overall building objectives
Your daily tasks will involve prioritizing routine team management, operational tasks, individual escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.
