The role:
Working with our Unyte Southern team in Spotswood, you will provide overarching admin support to our project and office teams.
Your impact:
Your presence will ensure our project teams are swift in their financial reporting and that overall cohesiveness is achieved.
Your every day:
* Ensure accurate data collection and entry of all project-related transactions to assist the project team with their reporting and management.
* Assist with entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements.
* Provide administrative support by working closely with the project team, suppliers, and contractors.
Who are you?
* Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
* 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting packages (preferred but not essential).
