What you'll do:
* Manage work orders effectively
* Ensure strict adherence to plans
* Meet WesTracs productivity targets
* Comply with Caterpillar and customer requirements
* Provide exemplary leadership to the Rebuilds Execution team
* Oversee all aspects of safety, training, coaching, and task allocation
* Manage WesTrac trades, non-tradespersons, and contractors
* Foster a collaborative and high‐performing work environment
Skills and Experience:
* HD Mechanical Trade Qualification
* Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management
* Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
* Highly developed organisational skillsProven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management
* Be well aligned and exhibit WesTracs SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
