Supporting the Bunbury and South West region, your role as our Agribusiness Relationship Manager is built on connection. Maintaining trusted working relationships with your customers, you'll provide personalised, high-quality banking solutions to meet their needs and grow their businesses. What you’ll do
- Develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver win‑win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
- Work proactively within your community to identify current business prospects and attract new agribusiness customers (up to $5m TAE).
- Partner with network stakeholders to identify, develop and implement localised engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities and Bendigo Bank.
- Drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals and achieving measurable results.
- Support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of fellow Agribusiness, Business Banking and Retail colleagues across the region.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline.
- The ability to undertake travel and hold a current "C" class driver licence.
We would also love you to have:
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets.
- The ability to think creatively to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
