About the role
As an Insurance Broker (direct broker) at Duo Group, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive landlord insurance solutions to our valued clients.
This full-time position is for a confident leader to be based in our Homebush, NSW office and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in the insurance industry.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with clients to understand their unique landlord insurance requirements
Guide the team in identifying the most appropriate insurance policies and providers
Negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible coverage and terms
Coaching and mentoring a growing team to provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance placement process
Maintaining strong relationships with company leaders and acting as their trusted adviser
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and product developments
What we're looking for
Possess a Tier 1 accreditation in insurance
Hold the qualification or willing to obtain a Diploma in Insurance Broking ( FNS
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally within the landlord insurance segment
Excellent leader with communication and interpersonal skills, with a direct report to the CEO
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Demonstrated experience in using insurance broking software and systems
Relevant insurance qualifications in line with the governing body ( ASIC Guide RG 146)
