We are now seeking a qualified and passionate Head Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the kitchen team, including Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands. Plan, design, and update menus, ensuring creativity, consistency, and profitability. Oversee food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene practices in line with regulatory requirements. Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships. Control food and labour costs, monitor budgets, and minimise waste. Train, mentor, and performance-manage kitchen staff. Coordinate kitchen operations with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
