When the handshakes are done and the contract is signed, that’s when you step in. Because you’re the one who takes a complex project and turns it into a smooth delivery.
You’ll own the client relationship from day one. You’ll make sure designs are signed off, approvals happen on time, and schedules don’t slip.
You’ll manage budgets like they’re your own, keep production on track, and handle variations without the drama.
This is a role for someone who knows projects aren’t straight lines and likes being the person who keeps them from spiralling into chaos.
This isn’t a typical Project Manager role. There are no endless status reports, no drowning in spreadsheets.
Instead, this is a client-facing role where your focus is on relationships, coordination, and making sure projects run like clockwork.
You’ll be the person who owns everything client-side. From handover to delivery, you’ll keep communication clear, manage design approvals, and ensure timelines and budgets stay on track.
You’ll work across 3-4 projects at a time during the design phase, before moving them into production where the heavy lifting happens.
It’s a role that blends customer service with project leadership. You’ll travel occasionally, maybe once a month to meet clients face-to-face for kick-off meetings and key milestones.
But most of your time will be spent at the office in Berkeley Vale, managing relationships remotely, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping projects in the green.
You’re someone who knows how to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients happy.
You’ve managed projects end-to-end before, ideally in manufacturing or construction, and you’re comfortable juggling timelines, budgets, and stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
What really sets you apart is your customer focus. You understand the value of great communication, and you know how to keep clients confident in the process, even when things get tricky.
You understand contracts, not just the words on the page, but what they mean in practice.
You know how to spot issues early, resolve them quickly, and keep everyone focused on the goal.
You’re not afraid of technology and you’ve worked with systems like ERP or project management tools before, but you’re not buried in them.
You like working in a role where you’re the linchpin. The person everyone relies on to make sure projects stay on track.
If you’ve got experience coordinating stakeholders, handling client queries, and managing multiple projects at once, you’ll fit right in.
Formal Project Management credentials like PMBOK or Prince2 would be great, but they’re not a deal-breaker.
What matters most is your ability to organise, problem-solve and deliver.
If you’re resourceful, adaptable, and genuinely customer-focused, this role will feel like a perfect fit.
