Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven, customer-focused culture.
* Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and return-on-capital targets.
* Shape Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
* Partner for Success: Collaborate across marketing, operations, and supply chain to deliver integrated business strategies.
* Engage Customers: Build long‑term relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver technical solutions that exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management and strategic decision-making skills.
* Industry Expertise: Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets.
* IBP Savvy: Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment.
* Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
