About the Role
A leading national manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at its Adelaide-based production facility. This pivotal role reports directly to the Factory Manager SA and is responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
* Apply Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Recruit, lead, train, and manage a team of 20+ production staff.
* Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company standards.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet production targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the facility to support operational excellence.
About You
* 3-5 years' experience in a Production Manager role, or a Production Supervisor ready for the next step in your career.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
* Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
* A passion for manufacturing and a drive to grow within a long-term, stable business.
* Tertiary qualifications in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field will be highly regarded.
