Your Role
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of Palms City Resort, ensuring every guest feels at home from arrival to departure.
You will lead by example, inspire your team, and bring an energetic approach to creating a seamless guest experience each day.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
Lead, motivate, and train a dynamic front office team to deliver friendly, efficient, and memorable service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with all other departments to ensure rooms and facilities meet our high standards.
Manage reservations, occupancy reports, and billing accuracy.
Support the General Manager with reporting, rostering, and operational planning.
Drive a positive workplace culture that reflects the relaxed, tropical vibe of Palms City Resort.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1–2 years of Front Office Team Leader or Supervisory experience.
A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Hotel management systems experience preferred, but flexibility is welcome for the right candidate.
A genuine passion for guest service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Position not suitable for Working Holiday visa holders; requires a long-term commitment.
