We're excited to be building the full team for our soon-to-open modern Australian restaurant in Toorak, launching in early March 2026.
We're looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated hospitality professionals across both kitchen and front-of-house who want to be part of a fresh, values-driven venue from day one. Whether you're an experienced leader or just starting your hospitality journey, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing (Role Dependent)Kitchen Leadership (Managers / Senior Chefs)
* Lead, train, and motivate kitchen teams
* Support menu execution and daily kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Manage rosters, stock control, food costs, and wastage
* Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen management, and WHS requirements
* Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house teams
Kitchen Operations (Chefs & Kitchen Hands)
* Prepare and present food to a high standard
* Support daily kitchen operations and service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
* Assist with preparation, service, and stock rotation as required
Front of House (Supervisors & Service Staff)
* Deliver warm, professional, and attentive customer service
* Manage sections efficiently during service
* Take orders and provide menu, food, and beverage knowledge
* Support smooth service flow between kitchen and front of house
* Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness
* Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
About You
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential for all positions)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Australian work rights (essential)

Pay: $49,900.00 – $90,691.38 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
