Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager (SA/NT), you will support the day-to-day operations of our Adelaide office, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the front desk, switchboard, inbox and visitor experience Coordinate appointments, bookings and documentation for assessments Liaise with consultants, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of information Maintain accurate records, filing systems and compliance standards Manage office administration tasks (mail, couriers, banking, cancellations, shredding) Support consultants with scheduling changes and logistics Build strong relationships with consultants, clients and team members Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Provide training and support to team members as needed Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and WHS requirements Assist with ad hoc duties and projects
