A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our team and champion exceptional customer experience at our Perth location.

About the Role

This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the store, including team development, visual merchandising, sales performance, and customer service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
* Decide on the range of products offered, appropriate stock quantities, and required service quality.
* Develop and apply purchasing and marketing strategies.
* Market, promote and advertise the store's products and services.
* Serve customers by selling products and providing guidance on their use.
* Keep accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions.
* Prepare and manage the store's budget.
* Handle the recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
* Ensure the workplace meets all occupational health and safety requirements.


Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2‑3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail.
* At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management is required; higher level qualifications are desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and guide a team.
* A genuine passion for retail, customer service and achieving results.
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience with stock control, inventory systems and POS platforms.
* A strong commercial mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
* High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods as required.


Competitive Salary
